The 6th annual Michigan Shines for Autism Gala will take place on Saturday, April 29th, 2017 at DTE Energy Headquarters in Detroit. The evening begins with a private cocktail reception hosted by the new Women Advocating for Autism in Michigan (WAAM) group alongside the event chairs, host committee and presenting sponsors followed by a silent auction filled with unique items and experiences to bid on.

Guests are then seated in the main hall for dinner and a formal program featuring the work of Autism Alliance of Michigan (AAoM) and a lineup of distinguished speakers.

9,127

families have attended one of our many autism friendly, family-fun events across the state.

100

children who wander from safety have been offered a free scholarship for a wearable GPS device.
